Pain is commonly occurring in the lower abdomen, back or hips, menstrual pain is usually mild to severe and may be associated with nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and diarrhea.<br \/>There are many non-pharmacological ways to help relive menstrual pain like:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Apply hot packs to the lower abdomen.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise and physical activity.<\/li>\n<li>Do relaxation activities (e.g. yoga).<\/li>\n<li>Avoid stress\u2014it can increase menstrual pain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Generally, to relieve menstrual pain low intensity aerobically exercises are usually recommended such as walking because it helps in improving blood circulation throughout the body. Also, gentle stretching exercises can help to relieve muscle tension that some women may feel, especially in the lower back and abdomen and around the pelvis and thighs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
